EDIB代表什么?

The Foundational Workshop designed 和 implemented in 2019 for all Juilliard employees has since been incorporated into an online session to be given to all Juilliard employees as a part of the onboarding process. The Office of EDIB posts reports bi-annually with updates submitted by divisions 和 departments to communicate the continued efforts throughout the school 和 the work ahead.

2021年秋季报告 (released January 2022) includes updates on recruitment efforts; collaborations with students groups; 和 the development of EDIB learning opportunities for students, 教师, 和工作人员.

2021年春季报告 (released June 2021) included recommendations from working groups to be implemented during the 2021-22 academic year; internal collaborations with 校友 Affairs, 学生发展, 和 the Writing 和 Communications Center; 和 continued EDIB efforts from the departments 和 divisions.

2020年秋季报告 (released January 2021) included the formation of two working groups focusing on the following priority areas: workshop development 和 bias response; ongoing training for bias response deputies; 和 updates from departments 和 divisions on how they have each brought EDIB work into their areas.

2022年春季报告 (released December 2022) includes select EDIB highlights from divisions 和 departments across the institution.
